Welcome to TANZA Games. By accessing this website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this site.

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates to this page. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Online Store Terms
By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority and have given us your consent to allow any minor dependents to use this site under your supervision.

You may not use our products for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, and you may not violate any laws in your jurisdiction in the use of the site or our services.

Products and Orders
We make every effort to display products, descriptions, and pricing as accurately as possible. We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time, including after an order has been submitted.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion. This may include orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, distributors, or orders that involve pricing or inventory errors.

Teachers place orders through standard checkout. District and institutional orders are placed by purchase order rather than through standard online checkout.

Preorders and Fulfillment
Some items may be offered as preorder or presale items. Preorder and presale items will ship after inventory is received from the manufacturer and processed for fulfillment. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by production schedules, freight timing, customs clearance, carrier delays, holidays, weather, and launch-volume demand.

All TANZA orders are packed and shipped by us after inventory is received at our fulfillment location.

Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

Payment must be received before standard online orders are shipped. District and institutional purchase order orders ship after payment is received and inventory is in hand, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Shipping
We ship using Pirate Ship, with delivery handled through USPS or UPS depending on package size, destination, and available service. Tracking information will be provided when available. Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
All sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at KBlake@STEMdelivered.org with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. If approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled. We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, ordering by mistake, or delays caused by production, freight, customs, weather, or carrier issues.
