Refunds & Returns Policy
All sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at KBlake@STEMdelivered.org with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. If approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled. We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, ordering by mistake, or delays caused by production, freight, customs, weather, or carrier issues.
District and institutional orders are subject to the same damaged-or-incorrect-item reporting requirement unless otherwise agreed in writing.
