Cancellation policy

Purchase Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled prior to shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Preorder, presale, and district purchase order cancellations must be requested before shipment. Approved refunds, if any, will be issued to the original payment method. Orders already in process, packed, or shipped may not be eligible for cancellation.
