Shipping Policy

TANZA inventory is manufactured by AdMagic and shipped to our fulfillment location before customer orders are sent out. All TANZA orders are then packed and shipped by us using Pirate Ship, with delivery handled through USPS or UPS depending on package size, destination, and available service. Tracking information will be provided when available.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by production schedules, freight timing, customs clearance, carrier delays, holidays, weather, and launch-volume demand. Preorder and presale items will ship after inventory is received from the manufacturer and processed for fulfillment.

Teachers place orders through standard checkout. District and institutional orders are placed by purchase order rather than standard online checkout. Orders ship after payment is received and inventory is in hand.
